The product was delivered on time even if the driver was a bit grumpy saying that the delivery should be at the curb and not moved to a hard standing only 4m from the gravel entrance. The timber was in the main of decent quality but one of the main support timbers (3m long) was badly warped. My first mistake was to try to fix it even though the joint could not be butted together properly. As a result the roof timbers would not fit properly and several of the t & g boards had to be cut to fit. I had other problems when erecting the carcus and emailed the company for help. The company responded but were not helpful claiming that the answer to one issue was “customer choice”. I viewed some of the company videos and found the YouTube presentations to differ from the written instructions provided. Finally, after many hours I finished erecting the gazebo structure and started fitting the roof shingles. My advice to anyone would be to buy the shingles separately as the ones provided were of lower quality than expected and were easily damaged when standing at the ridge in hot weather conditions some of the shingles melted and were damaged.. in the end the work was completed and the result is just about okay. Time will tell if the structure lasts and is waterproof. All in all, I suppose you get what you pay for. In my case, I would recommend not purchasing this particular gazebo. It was a cut price purchase and the product (and the company to some extent) did not come up to the standards I had hoped for. Sorry for the review, but it gives my views about the product. All good, garden building is fab. Few issues with installation. Make sure your base is genuinely flat..

We bought the Balcony fort for our daughters 5th birthday and she loves it! The purchase and delivery were great, and when in the delivery notes section I asked for delivery to be delayed for a week to maintain the surprise, they phoned me the next day to discuss and were as helpful as possible. Just bear in mind some of the packages are up to 40kg so need 2 people to unload (the delivery guy is 1 of them) - if you don't have someone available on the delivery day who can lift 20kg (like my pregnant wife!) then book the 2 person delivery upgrade for £25. My only criticism is that the majority of the screw holes aren't pre-drilled so you need to measure and drill probably close to 300 holes in the various planks, before assembly! That's tricky to do in the dark after bedtime, if you are trying to assemble this product as a surprise without the child seeing it!! I'm a fairly experienced DIYer and I did as much as I could in the garage before hand but it took about 14 hours to fully construct, so bear that in mind if you have a tight deadline! Once built though it's solid, looks great and I honestly can't fault it! If only all the holes would have been pre-drilled it would have saved a few hours (working out where to put them takes longer than drilling them) and I would have definitely given it 5 stars!

The delivery was quick. Sturdy, high quality swings, slide and climbing frame with monkey bars. Good instructions and easy to put together. My kids age 5 & 9 absolutely love it. Thank you.

good product. hard to line up the doors but that could well have been me. really pleased with cabin.

Ordered another product from Dunster House at the eleventh hour on a Sunday afternoon and once again the Admin Staff didn't let me down. Excellent communication late Sunday regarding availability/delivery and hey Presto its in my Garden at my chosen date and time, (Tuesday) the delivery Staff also dropped it off where i wanted. The Product itself was of High Quality and easily put together. The only reason for the 4 Stars (it should be 4 1/2 but you cant give halves) is that one of the doors was slightly warped, this should have been picked up during a quality inspection and replaced but it was minor and was able to be corrected with little effort. Well done all at Dunster. I'll be back!
