The gazebo was delivered on time as pre arranged. It took me 2 days to build on my own, that is without putting shingles on roof. The instruction leaflt is good although there should be more details on how to fit shingles, had to get some info on You Tube. Be warned this part of the construction is very time consuming, it took me 3 days to do. So in total 5 days on my own and fully finished. The quality of the timber is excellent, the gazebo looks lovely in the garden, we are well pleased with it. Looking forward to using it now. Would highly recommend Dunster House.

Ordering was easy, however, awaiting a delivery date took two phone calls and two weeks which was frustrating, but once date established, communication and actual delivery very good. Two man delivery- very polite and helpful. Haven’t erected gazebo yet.

Very happy with the Atlas Open Gazebo 3.2m. It was delivered in timescale stated. I paid a builder to create patio base & erect the gazebo. No problems were encountered with the instructions and the finished gazebo looks very sturdy and exactly what we wanted. Other reviews have mentioned the lack of a finial to hide the shingle folds on the roof apex. I found a metal finial online which I`m hoping will do the job, shame Dunster House don`t supply one.

Fantastic item & service

We bought the Balcony fort for our daughters 5th birthday and she loves it! The purchase and delivery were great, and when in the delivery notes section I asked for delivery to be delayed for a week to maintain the surprise, they phoned me the next day to discuss and were as helpful as possible. Just bear in mind some of the packages are up to 40kg so need 2 people to unload (the delivery guy is 1 of them) - if you don`t have someone available on the delivery day who can lift 20kg (like my pregnant wife!) then book the 2 person delivery upgrade for £25. My only criticism is that the majority of the screw holes aren`t pre-drilled so you need to measure and drill probably close to 300 holes in the various planks, before assembly! That`s tricky to do in the dark after bedtime, if you are trying to assemble this product as a surprise without the child seeing it!! I`m a fairly experienced DIYer and I did as much as I could in the garage before hand but it took about 14 hours to fully construct, so bear that in mind if you have a tight deadline! Once built though it`s solid, looks great and I honestly can`t fault it! If only all the holes would have been pre-drilled it would have saved a few hours (working out where to put them takes longer than drilling them) and I would have definitely given it 5 stars!

The delivery was quick. Sturdy, high quality swings, slide and climbing frame with monkey bars. Good instructions and easy to put together. My kids age 5 & 9 absolutely love it. Thank you.
