I would like to say how impressed I was with the team involved with getting this product to me. The girls I spoke to on the phone were polite and knowledgeable, and the delivery system information very good indeed. Being able to track the delivery vehicle was a real bonus. I can only give the delivery driver, Craig, 10 out of 10 for his work ethic and humour and would appreciate you forwarding this to his management.

Would not recommend this company. Very pleased at the showroom, went through all details for cabin and construction. Then no reply to emails or phone calls. Never spoke to salesman again. What we were told at point of sale varied in reality. We were called by someone twice to ask if we were considering to purchase, we paid a large deposit on the day of order! Construction team were asked to leave cut offs they did on the first day but not on the second day. I asked 2x if they had left them and told yes both times. I had seen them hanging out out the van, then as soon as they saw I had been to my car they put them in the van and shut the doors They did not have the measurements and positions of internal doors etc when they arrived, even after we spent ages with the salesman finalising this, I spoke to sales who was quick to say he would have to get our salesman to call back which would be about 5 minutes, no call!! If thats the service for over £6,500 sale pleased we didn't just get a small shed. Painting and varnishing the finished log cabin we have seen so many faults. We were planning to get a summerhouse and the solar, so pleased we didn't order that day.

Found the sales staff at Liverpool very helpful, the delivery was on time and carefully offloaded into my garage without incident. Assembly was straight forward enough, requiring only a few minor adjustments along the way. The weather held up proceedings somewhat and the roof was covered with a tarpaulin for a week or two until the shingles could be applied but it was definitely worth the wait. The finished product looks every bit as good as more expensive products we viewed, we spend many an evening with a glass of wine, enjoying the garden in the warmth of our summerhouse. We love it.

The purchasing and delivery of the summerhouse was ok. My problem started with a fault with the summerhouse windows and doors, on the vantage 300 you cannot adjust the doors and windows in and out because the hinge pin hits the cladding so you cannot turn them. I have been two weeks sending emails to your customer services department trying to get them to understand the problem they have always replied but they don't seem to understand I have sent photo's . The last suggestion was to take the frame out of the summerhouse adjust the hinges then put it back together! I DONT THINK SO. I told them how the problem can be rectified but they just ignore this and it appears they just try to blame the customer saying that the base it not level or the doors have warped due to the hot weather etc. If they would talk to me on the phone all of this could be explained in two minutes I think they only do problems by email in the hope the customer will get fed up and go away. that the customer gets so fed up they give up and go away.

Delivered on time by 2 helpful guys. Two of us managed to erect it within 3 days. The Instruction Manual was excellent and no problems arose. This is a high quality Summerhouse and I can highly recommend it. Well worth having the shingles roof as it improves the look dramatically.

We had been using a put together gazebo bought from tesco for a couple of years until it eventually blew away and really wanted a good solid gazebo instead. Stephen is BBQ mad in this house and I love sitting out on the patio set in the shade. When the gazebo arrived husband had orders to get on with putting it together straight away. He had the frame work up by the end of the day and the roof done the next. We were so impressed with the quality of all of it. We've added some electrics and lighting now and have not stopped looking at how smart it is. Best garden purchase that we have ever made.

Well worth the money and easy to build, my daughter and her friends are never off it ! We love watching them playing on the fort all day as it gives us a great deal of pleasure too.
