Fantastic from start to finish, having had a family member buy an extremely large cabin 2 years ago which I assembled, I felt it was my time to get one, as he had a great experience from Dunster House himself. Customer service was excellent got through to them every time, with no hassle. Delivery was amazing using their own onboard forklift and even on my street which is very narrow! superb skills from the driver! Just started assembling but going together as per instructions, which I must stress you need to read from cover to cover. All logs are going together quite nicely and is very straight forward to assemble even for the keen diy'er. Thanks, Dunster House! Great product at a great price!!!!

The delivery was very smooth and professional whilst quality of materiels excellent, building instructions are adequate but use of You Tube essential in providing that extra help in getting started. Minor issue only as being on a new build the driver could not find our property claiming following a call from Dunster Customer Services that they had been to number 80 and nobody in. Thankfully following contact from Dunster Customer Services the issue was resolved with me going to find the delivery vehicle a short distance away. Overall very pleased with service and quality of summer house. It might be better if the delivery driver had the ability to contact the customer direct in such circumstanc

Simple to assemble and a good product. Good to deal with and very helpful. Only problem I had was how to fix the bolts on the door, fixed it by not using them and buying 2 different one's. Easy to deal with.

Well so far (I have not erected my log cabin yet) I have found Dunster house to be a fantasic organisation from the very start i.e. at their show ground in Bedford to the lads that delivered the cabin. The material lists looks to be very detailed also the directions for erection and the quality of the timber. I speak as a person that spent 30 years in the mechanical construction industry and may be described as a bit perdantic. I can not wait to start erection of the cabin when my hernia operation heals.
