We purchased a premium plus Avon log cabin/ summerhouse 3m x 3m, back in March from your Flixborough Office through Carl. Just wanted to say how absolutely delighted we are with it. From the sale to delivery, everything was perfect. It arrived properly wrapped and not one thing was missing from it. We had our own fitter and it went together perfect. It has made a wonderful addition to our garden and we spend many happy hours in it as we had ceramic floor tiles fitted and electricity, therefore a tv and hi fi system and a two seater sofa and patio table and chairs, etc. The perfect setting for a glass of wine on an evening. Can't wait until Christmas as we have concealed rope lighting under the eaves and will have lights on the tress around it then. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dunster products to anyone wanting a quality product.

Very pleased with our new summer house. A few teething problems with missing parts , but sorted quite quickly when reported it to dunster house. Took several days to erect , floor was the trickiest part , but from then on in just lots of muscle power. Looks stunning once painted and very roomy inside. Decided not to put on the Georgian bars as the view Is a lot better without. Perfect room to sit and relax in the day or a beautiful summers evening. Very pleased with the result.

Delivery driver was very helpful and turned up when advised. The quality of the item is excellent but despite the best efforts of myself and a friend it took more than two adults to build it as there were no pilot holes drilled. Once it was completed the item is very sturdy and the children love playing on it.

I am writing to provide a review of the Hercules Single Carport. What an absolute delight it was to assemble the Hercules Single Carport. The quality of all the timber, components and fittings is first class, not one problem putting the whole carport together every part fitted like a glove. I am an average DIY'er but with the help of my 71 year old father and 2 sons aged 9 and 12 we managed to get the job done in just under 2 days. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and we really enjoyed the build! Well done all at Dunster House from sales to customer service to the delivery driver.

From the moment I ordered the summerhouse the delivery was really swift. The lady and young guy who delivered it were so wonderful and helpful, lifting it around to a safe place for storage. The summerhouse was erected by two landscape gardeners who said it was tricky to put together and with the roof shingles it took them two days. I'm absolutely thrilled with it, I've painted it and it looks wonderful. The black hexagonal shingle roof really sets the whole thing off. Wonderful purchase that will last I'm sure. Paid a local joiner to help erect the cabin, he thought the quality of timber was good, and luckly the one bad log wall plank we found we didn't have to use because a spare was sent in the pack. The roofing took a long time because of the individual tiles but it went on fine. Only complaint was the 2 bolts to hold the doors which both pinged apart within the first couple of hours, i didn't ask Dunster to replace as they were not fit for purpose as they are the cheapest components in the whole structure im sure a better product could be sourced, I replaced them with a far sturdier product costing £7 each. Overall the doors and windows fit nicely with no drafts ,and the wife is delighted with the cabin. (44mm walls and 19mm floor and ceiling). Overall 4.8 out of 5.

Never use them terrible service

Well engineered cabin.Very good delivery people. Seems to be the cheapest good quality product on the market at moment as I had looked at a lot of competitors, Did not like the policy of after-sales support which states it is mandatory to ask questions by e mail, this was very inconvenient as I was building it at the time and had to stop and wait for an email answer, having said that the answer was delivered in 3 hours ( week day)and was complete. the reason for the query was lack of instructions for the roofing and gaps in generic work plans they could be a lot clearer and more specific to the model and spec purchased. All in all I would give 4.5 stars. Yes I would buy another product from this company. Ps. Not worth trying to get a discount - you would have more luck brushing a polar bears teeth.

Our daughter loves her Climbing frame - even tried to help us build it (she's nearly 3). It took us 2 days to put the majority of it together and we found some of the instructions as useful as a chocolate teapot. One thing that would be helpful is to have the majority of the holes pre-drilled it would have save a lot of time. Overall the quality of the frame is exceptionally good it was only the instructions that let it down. Delivery - definitely needs the 2 person option. The driver was extremely helpful and efficient.
