Summer House delivered. Wow wasn't expecting it to be such a large pile of bits. Looked at the instructions which seem very clear, all bits ticked off, nothing missing (didn't count all the screws and nails!). Although I haven't constructed it yet, I'm very impressed with the quality and size of the timbers. You never quite know what your getting when your not able to view it first hand. All other aspects of the purchase have also been very easy. Couldn't give the fifth star as I haven't built it yet.

Delivery not a quick as i thought it might be when placing the order but did receive 2 weeks notice of expected delivery about a a week or so after placing the order. I managed this all through the online portal which worked fine and received a call from the customer service team to say when the driver was at my house, which gives you 20 mins to get home to sign. (this works well if you work close to home and do not want the day at home waiting for delivery as unable to give you a specific time slot). Product purchased is good for the money and easy to construct (with the help of some online videos regarding Shingle tiles). I manage to complete within two days with only general assistance from my young son to support the frame and stage one of constructing the roof when fixing.

Product: BalconyFort Max Monkey Bars Double Swing

I have just assembled a playhouse with slide and swings. It's a good solid item with a lot of timber and designed to stay intact and the instructions are extensive, but you need to know that there is very little bracketry holding the parts together, just a lot of screws and it is not pre-drilled and very little is pre-fabricated. So assembly is a long and tedious job. Delivery was fine. I was able to arrange a convenient date and being able to track the van's progress on a map in real time was a real advantage. Nothing was missing or damaged. I would deal with Dunster House again.
