The log cabin we purchased, Severn 5mx4m is a great addition to our garden. All parts where accounted for. Although some additional parts would have been appreciated. Like quadrant trim to hide the meatball trim of the double glazing. Instructions are hampered by Poor illustration, the photocopy process causes the images to be blurred, plus too small. Extracting information for mines own cabin build is time consuming. The biggest pain though was having a delivery driver refusing to drop of the cabin due to double yellow lines. All sorts of deliveries are made, parking is not an issue, scaffolding, Travis perkins, (building companies) Food delivery. Etc. I had to ask the neighbors to help even though i'd Payed extra for delivery. But we are getting there now, and I'm very happy with Dunsterhouse products.

The customer service team were great, we got the Fort Searcher delivered the day after our order. Great quality and finish, perhaps a little optimistic to assemble in 1 day if you want to do it properly!! My 3 year old is loving it!!
