We bought a squirrel fort swings and monkey bars with fort and slide - it was delivered on time and assembly was reasonably easy if you follow instructions and allow 3-4 hours assembly for 2 people. The finished construction is strong and looks good as advertised.

Great service from point of order to delivery. Instructions could be improved and final detail shown regarding finishes etc. We chose the shingle roof finish but we needed to look on line to understand how to apply, even then it wasn't very clear how to finish the roof centre point. Still very pleased with the product.

Good quality product, helpful customer service. Not straightforward to assemble, needs to be on its side until the roof is attached, as not sufficiently rigid before that step. Loads of pre-driling is required which is time consuming and should have been included for the price. Instructions are not always clear and there is a subtle error around step 12. Website claims that it takes 2 adults 1 day to assemble, that would be one very long day and would not include the ground anchors.
