As regarding my recent purchase of the above log garage ,i can only say how happy i am with the service and the pruduct .Iwould really reccomend to any one needs space for storage of any kind these buildings are strong well built and versitile amd a very sensible price compared with a brick built garage V.N.Smith

So glad that I chose dunster house we couldn't be happier excellent product and was erected and treated in one weekend. My wife is using it as a dog grooming parlour. I insulated with 50mm kingspan then plastic cladding everybody says how good it looks. Anybody reading this review thinking of buying then don't hesitate you won't be disappointed. Pleased with the summerhouse. Comprehensive build instructions made it easy to assemble. Two people required for some of the build. One suggestion to aid the build of the roof purlins would be to use the roof trims to obtain the correct spacing for the purlins as they can be easily positioned incorrectly.

Sorry for the delay in replying but I am enjoying this wonderful product. Quality is excellent and relatively easy to erect although on my own it did take longer than I thought it would, mainly because I treated every piece as I built the cabin and I did adapt the verandah as you will notice on the pictures. Instructions were good and everything was there slotting together dead easy. Thank you very much for the excellent service, quality and very competitive price all of which I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone requiring a superb summer house/cabin. To be honest everyone that has seen it has been impressed. Thank you once again.

First impressions of Dunster House, are impressive, however once they have your money...........It all end there. The driver was impenitent, and I did not have enough time to check everything, I was some nails short, no big deal so I thought. Then the real issue, the lockable door to the summer house is warped, and will not lock properly. Dunster House will only correspond via email or letter. This is what they have advised me to do. I reported that the warp is at least 35mm, not a slight warp. despite the slight warp at the bottom? The best way to resolve the warp is to remove the door entirely, wet it and apply weights along the length to straighten it out. Timber is a natural material and some competent manipulation may be required on site in order to resolve issues arising from the natural properties of the material. So despite me being unable to lock the door they, Dunster House so called "customer services" are unwilling to do anything, other than fob me of with long winded emails, so in short, only buy one of there summer houses if you are willing to gamble on it being as their MD Alex Murphy quotes in is video. " Not just a shed with windows and doors, but a high quality summer house a proper summer house" Having read into the online reviews I see I am not alone in having issues with their so called customer services. I have now spoken to my credit card company who have now opened a case against Dunster House, as the product sold is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Lets see how I get on........ I have had to give one star as for some reason I cant leave no stars..... what a shame, as Dunster House should appear on rougue traders.

Overall a good product. A rethink on the quality of the side access door and window I believe is required as they are not as robust as the rest of the garage. The logs do twist before assembly ,but that's the way wood is. Shingles are much better than felt, I would recommend paying the extra. Customer service was good, got back to me promptly and helped with arranging the delivery date. The vehicle tracking system I found useful as my house is hard to find. Two able bodied people to unload and arrange the parts is necessary. Lots of storage space required. Overall well satisfied.
