Very good service and delivery and summer house was put together without any difficulty. Very expensive for Dunster to put up though. I was quoted £2300 and got it done for £480.

So far so good ! Looked at summerhouse at Warminster show room and salesman was very helpful but not pushy ordered that day and have had e-mails confirming what sales man said and whats happening next also instructions for putting in base and summer house. Base complete and now waiting for summer house to arrive it`s only been three weeks so a few weeks to go yet !

The delivery of the items initially was an issue as I wasn`t contacted when goods arrived and they were left across my garage door. The palette was extremely heavy and at least a 2 man lift. We hired a builder to erect our gazebo for us - we are very happy with the final item though and wish we had bought this years ago. We have sat out in the garden most evening`s rain or shine and can leave our patio furniture out as it stays dry. The gazebo looks great and is ultra sturdy and our builder said this was very user friendly and erected this in one day only. would recommend this product and buy from Dunster House again however I would pay extra for better delivery options.

The Gazebo was exceptionally well engineered. Some very heavy components and tricky moments at height. It took much longer than the suggestion that two capable people could erect it in a day. Overall, delighted with the product but build time and complexity much under estimated.

the gazobo arirved in good time with everthung intact. unfortunatl the carpenter and his mate took over 13 hours to erect the wooden gazebo as th some of the joins where short so he had to adapt to finding extra length on some of the fittings ,but it all is now up and looking good. The other problem we are having at the moment is the bits of the roof are still coming down after we have had rain so we are constantly clearing up the small bits of bi tum from our patio and garden. Maybe you can help us in resolve-the roof problem.regards Jeff HEATHER
