Excellent product which we erected over our original decking, although we are considering guttering on the gazebo. Delivery time was excellent and very friendly driver. Would recommend to anyone.

The summer house is well-designed and constructed, though some of the timber around the windows and doors was a bit rough and needed sanding. Also, the doors are going to need some adjustment. I had the summer house erected by Dunster staff and they did a good job. I have painted the summerhouse duck-egg blue, with cream windows and doors, and it looks very attractive. Overall I am very pleased with the product and would purchase from Dunster again.

disapointed with your customer sevice.The need to hear a human voice is very important, as I received two roofs and wrong size top boards.The wood quality is average at best and I have renewed all floor trim which was so poor.It would be far easier to mark all wood parts for better installation as you do all the fixings.The summerhouse looks fine, mainly due to my father in laws help and patience.Friends and family think it looks great, but dont understand the many hours spent in its building.Roger Saunders.

I'm really pleased with my 3m Vantage Summerhouse. The quality of finish is very good and it has enhanced our garden. At least we've had a good summer to make use of it this year.

Disappointed reference the tolerances some of the components had been fabricated to. Some of the larger members of the floor frame were warped. Following the removal of the doors in the course of erection, difficulties experienced in rehanging the doors as the male section of the hinge was not in line with the top and bottom. The striking plate to the door lock had been fixed upside down. Following erection looks good and with some minor additional works will provided a waterproof building. The delivery driver very helpful and polite, first class chap.

Well satisfied with the product .Some of the instructions could be modified to make life a lot easier especially with regard to the roof construction. For example joining the two roof section half's on the floor and securing together and attaching the shingles before lifting would/did make the job a lot easier . Disadvantage it is a two man lift to put up. Only other comments would have liked the option to buy tanalised version and in the end have not fitted Georgian window bars as looks great without them and get a better view out. Would recommend to anyone for the price. PS deliver driver was great.

Really good item. We even had to alter the design slightly putting the main beam at the front for added swing space in our garden works fine. Definitely needs competent diy skills and 2 men full day. But that's what Dunster recommend and it works great.

I have nothing but praise for the garage or the erection team. The quality of the garage is far superior to anything I expected . The two assemblers were great and spent two days putting it up .All I had to do was keep out of the way and supply coffee. My advice to any purchaser is to not even think of either erecting the garage yourself or getting your local handyman on the case . Secondly I would advise that you had someone there to protect it with paint or stain immediately so that the building does not hang around in an unprotected state . Patrick Dawson . Saddleworth .
