Great cabin and very happy with my new motorbike store/workshop. Great advice from the delivery guy helped with the erection. Had it up with the roof on in one day, with just two of us. Shingles, doors and window second day. Looks fantastic with the roof shingles, well worth the extra. Overall pretty straightforward to build and very nice and solid once completed (45mm walls). Highly recommended and good value for money. Thanks!

I bought our log cabin from Dunster House around 3-4 years ago. The sales and after sales service you receive from Dunster House, I cant praise enough. If i was to give a mark out of 5 for sales and after sales service it would be 5 for both. I recently had a problem with a defective lock and after contacting Dunster House by email, a replacement lock was located and sent free out to me free of charge and all in 3 days.Thats first class service. I found this product better than expected. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I built this by myself in one weekend but I am a handy DIY person. Unloading the parts is a key part and making sure you stack them in the right order is key but depends on how much space you have available. The driver unloaded this with me and you need to be able to unload the lorry with him but if you could get an extra pair of hands it makes it easier. The driver was vary helpful and gave me tips that helped along the way .

After searching everywhere for a garden cabin we finally decided on the Severn 400 from Dunster house. The whole experience was very pleasant and went extremely smoothly from start to finish. We decided to purchase from Dunster house because firstly the quality of the product was superior to any competition we found and secondly the cost was very reasonable. I am a carpenter so knew exactly what I was looking for. Delivery driver was very pleasant and the whole cabin took myself and a friend a total of 14 hours to unload from the lorry, carry approx 150ft and erect including finishing the roof with shingles which look great (that's gotta be a record time right Dunster??) I watched the installation videos on your website prior to delivery and followed them exactly, it was an enjoyable very simple project and we are all over the moon with our cabin. If you're thinking of purchasing a cabin I can strongly recommend Dunster house, thank you for a fantastic service !!

Searched around and Dunster House seem to be the best all rounder for the price. Settled on the Seven 400 5m x 4m and very pleased. Delivery driver was friendly and help me unload, told me the best way to stack it etc… Only downside is it is kerbside, no crane manual unload off the lorry onto the floor. Once the base is down the logs just drop in like giant Lego, everything was a good fit and was good quality materials. Instruction didn't really bother with but the FAQ videos were great and certainly helped. Took approx 2 days including the shingles & building a base with 3 of us on it but we didn't rush and it was zero degrees! Machine cuts were perfect, would recommend and buy again. Only downside was short on the nails for the floor but screwfix supplied a another bag for a few quid, job done. Would recommend a door stop as if the door swings open in the wind the door handle strikes the glass window. Overall Great Log Cabin PLEASED!

I am really impressed with the product and Dunster House generally. It all went according to plan and our only apprehension was the feeling that it can't be this easy! I had my girlfriend and her father building the cabin with me and it turned out to be a fun weekend.

I was very happy with the quality of the product, instructions and the way the product went together. The climbing frame is a good investment and will provide years of good service. The sales service received from Marcus was very good and he spent time in answering all our questions. He helped explain your range of products and helped us reach a good conclusion. I feel however when advising on the product you should make customers aware that the product is not pre drilled and therefore requires considerable input to construct. Marcus told me that it would take 1 hour 30 mins to put together. 45mins to sort the parts and 45 minutes to construct. Yes, if you have the team from BBC DIY SOS visiting, no if it is two DIYers. Overall, I am positive about your product and service.

Good quality wood but REALLY hard to put together. It took me and my father nearly 3 days to put it together. We are relatively good at DIY but this was difficult. The bolts keep cross threading and they spin in place when trying to do them up. You need 2 drills for this as lots of holes aren't pre drilled. It's nice now it's up though.
