Excellent - we had seen some previous reviews which did not seem good but our experience has been great from initial purchase through to build completion. Customer service (Sam) responded very quickly to technical queries I had before delivery. The delivery man was extremely helpful ( I wish I had got his name because he is an asset that Dunster should recognise)very helpful and far better than expected. We built the house ourselves and all went smoothly - no problems no bits missing. As this is pine wood we coated everything before the build just to give that bit of extra protection at all the joints. We are very happy with the end result. Dunster have received some poor reviews and we can only assume they have taken these on board because the service was Excellent and I do not normally do reviews. We first saw a similar house at a location for 4 times our cost to complete. I would definitely buy from Dunster again.

My grandson loves this - just a shame water always collects at the bottom of the slide though!

Great product and delivered to the door by a really helpful driver. My summerhouse looks great and in general terms I am really pleased with it.I also needed a window catch to be replaced and Dunster were really helpful.So why 4 stars?Points to note are that it is definitely a 2 man build job and there is a lot of work in the painting ,so be prepared.Some of the wood could be better sanded as there are on or two rough sections and I would also include some filler with the packaging as there are some joints that require filling.The roof shingles are a must have they look graet but again take time to place.Now that it is erected and painted I am really pleased with it and would recommend it and Dunster as a Company.

5 stars if you're prepared to put the time and effort in! Overall a well designed summer house kit. (Maybe time to sharpen some saws/cutting tools Mr Dunster?) After 2 hard weeks of graft, finally finished. Very pleased with end result. Note: If you're going to paint it, buy two tubes of elbow grease!
