We purchased our Log Cabin in February 2015 with a view to turning it into a bar. The installation was carried out swiftly and professionally by the team at Dunster House, then the hard work really began. Once painted inside and out we began sourcing items to furnish it and bring our bar to life. Now we have a fantastic space for all the family to enjoy, as you can see from the pictures, we believe we have done quite a good job!

I am extremely unhappy with this company. The staff who erected our premier severn log cabin with sidestore were excellent. However I am so unhappy as I had no idea that the wood is untreated and it has rained non stop since it was built. Even cheap garden sheds have wood that is treated and this was not cheap! I ticked the paint box presuming it would be painted instead I was just left with the pot of paint! My building will be ruined before I can even use it. I think this should be made clearer on the website then at least customers would be able to decide whether to wait until the summer or take a chance. If I could score no stars I would!

We decided to go for the Balcony version for the extra floor space and it was well worth it. Overall very happy with the product, delivery was well organised and the package came well packed. All the timber was in perfect order with no damaged or warped bits, plus all lengths were cut to the exact mm!. The build was pretty straight forward with no complicated bits, instructions were easy to follow. I did however build it in parts in the garage as i found it useful to have a level floor to work on, that way everything went together square, i think if it was built on an un-even lawn some bits may not fit together to well. When i assembled the roof i noticed that there was no ridge piece in the plans for the peak of the roof to finish it of, so i made my own from a right-angled length of timber and oil stained it to match and it finished the roof of perfect. Due to the lay out of our garden i decided to swap the position of the slide and climbing wall which was easy done as both openings are identical. On the monkey bar rungs i found splinter type bits where the grain of the wood tapered off, these had to be cut off and smoothed down before any little hands got on them, no big deal as it was spotted during construction. The kids love it......

I recently moved home and the summerhouse at my new property needed replacing. After many Google searches, I decided that Dunster House was the perfect company for me to deal with. The complete the order was easy and the customer service was very good, incl. prompt order confirmation and advice of delivery. I took the 2 men delivery option and had my builder there at the time of delivery as well. The delivery guys were great, very friendly and helpful. The erection of the building went without problems. I opted for proper roof tiles to give the building a more finished look. Everybody who has seen the house so far is very impressed. I can only highly recommend this company, competitively priced, very good quality timber. Buying a house at a garden centre would cost twice as much. Thank you to everybody at Dunster House.

I purchased a Rhine premium plus 4 X 3 log cabin and am incredibly pleased with the quality of the product and the fantastic service that dunster house has provided from choosing a cabin to them coming round and installing it. I decided to go for a smaller size cabin in order to save garden space and was worried It wouldn't be large enough to be used as a bar/pub however I was pleasantly suprised with how spacious the cabin is inside. I have everything that I could possibly need in the cabin including optics, a fully functioning hand pull beer pump, dart board, slot maching, a huge pub mirror and bar furniture. I am happy with the final outcome and look forward to having a drink in it tonight. Cheers :)

We have finished building the cabin and the whole process from beginning to end has been an absolute delight. The efficient and friendly delivery men (German? East European?) with a shared interest in old Mercedes and BMW cars, packaging, drawings, instructions, design, manufacturing, attention to detail - all superb! And the finished cabin looks fantastic.

Really pleased with this purchase. There were no damaged parts on delivery. Everything needed was there and went together very easilly. Slight confliction between the how to videos on the website and the actual assembley instructions. The roof shingle kit looks very impressive once fitted. Looking forward to kitting out the interior now and fully enjoying the cabin.
