We are very pleased with the product, the workmen were extremely efficient and helpful, however, felt let down with the selling process as did not include a particular item in the quote, ie roof insulation as this was specified on several occasions

Lovely summer house which is constructed of a very high quality. Very impressed with the service given from Dunster house and the two guys that came to erect it were professional and friendly. Overall we are very pleased and comes highly recommended.

Delighted with it. 7 years old daughter loves it. Very robust. Looks good too. Tough to put together if you are on your own : get strong arms to help. Need electric screw driver...Absolutely with more than 100 screws to go. Manual can be improved...some drawings really not well done, hence possible to mess up at some stages. Very hard to get the anchors deep in the ground (maybe because the summer was so dry) : needed a mass to hammer them down. Overall super once built and in place.

We have been really impressed with the service we have received, from the first telephone contact to discuss the product and subsequent ordering. Your website is easy to access to find information on products and specifications. The sales team were very friendly and efficient and the department responsible for delivery were excellent too. I had to contact the delivery team as there is restricted access to our street this week, but there was a note on the delivery note advising the delivery driver of access issues. The delivery driver was very professional and courteous too. Dave commented on the materials used for the summerhouse being of good quality timber, well constructed and nicely finished. (He has spent a lifetime in construction, so has a lot of experience and knowledge of products). We are looking forward to constructing the summerhouse in the next couple of months after preparing the site and spending time relaxing in the new addition to the garden.

Grandchildren very happy with my new purchase:). It took a lot of working out to put it together and we have put in a few extra posts to strengthen it up as it gets a lot of use by children from 17months to 13years.We also attached a baseball set for the older grandkids for when they are here as well. Money well spent.

We are very pleased with our vantage 250 summerhouse it has made a pleasant feature at the bottom of our garden, It is very well constructed and the chaps from dunster house did a sterling job erecting it . We have given it 3 coats of cream paint and have not had one leak despite all the recent rain . We love it and look forward to spending many happy hours in it .

We were looking for a summer house with a difference so many at the garden centres look like glorified sheds. Searching the internet we found the vantage 250 from Dunster House we visited their show area in Warminster and made no hesitation in making a purchase. It is a really stylish looking summer house everyone who has seen it comments on how great it looks. If you are erecting it yourself the instructions are clear but take your time don't rush it. Dunster House were very helpful they delivered on time the driver was very helpful and polite although unloading the summer house in 'flatpack' form unloading is a two man job.

Very prompt delivery and was updated along the way. The Squirrelfort took a while to build but everything was clear and presented well and the structure is strong sturdy and I'm confident that will last my children some years. Definitely recommended company and have done so on many occasions so far.

The product is excellent, although the instructions are absolute rubbish !!!!

Great quality product, very high standard and excellent value for money. Couple of things I was a little disappointed in though. The delivery team dumped the large wooden crate it came on at our house so I'm going to have to pay someone to take it away. Also customer services said 'if you've built a shed before you can build it yourself'. This was not the case (my fault!) as there a loads of pieces and no guide-holes, so I got a handyman in. Lastly it was much shorter than I expected so if you are a 6 footer, you'll need to dip your head to get in (my fault again for not checking the height specs!)
