After being intially sceptical about using Duster House i was really pleased with the service from point of sale through delivery and ultimatly to the quality of the product. I didnt experience any hard sale at their showrom in Bedford and was dealt with by a really friendly guy called Marcus who was there if we wanted to speak but equally didnt "hover". Product arrived as promised and the guys offloaded and stacked right where i needed it. One small issue is that i would prefer specific instructions rather than a generic book that you find yourself constantly thumbing through but i am being picky. Anyway its not that hard to put up in the first place. Its up now and painted and looking great.
