Ordered and erected a 4mx3m log cabin; customer service before ordering excellent, all explained clearly with purchase options. Delivery to site timely and easy, helpful to assist driver in off-loading. Option to have built by DH very expensive, almost 50% of cabin cost so self built. Took 2 men 2 days , not sure how DH do in 1 day with 2 men?? Quality product 1st class, fabulous wood; tongue and groove fittings pretty easy to construct, though written instructions very poor if not expert in build. Roofing and flooring takes lot of time, doors took time to fit/align. However, overall finished product really excellent, very pleased and would thoroughly recommend to others
