Very helpful, quality product, clear instructions
I had a couple of calls to answer questions I had about the cabin and they were very helpful without any sales pressure. The delivery was smooth and defiant the product is perfect. It feels quality and looks great. The instructions were clear and the videos help with the complex parts. Would definitely recommend and might even get another one myself.

Really pleased with our log cabin 4x2.5 mtr Rhine, easy to erect quality materials and looks great ?? Just one moan, delivery blokes were not overly helpful, kerbside was what I got, they were quite happy to except my offer of a cold drink though. Thanks Joe and your mate

Excellent, robust and good-looking Gazebo
Right price (for quality product), great delivery process, all wood, fittings, roofing elements etc present and correct. Had to work hard to get ground level and it took several weeks to complete but went together very well and is a very good looking, robust gazebo. Well pleased

Delivered on time and with all the parts/wood. Installation was not to difficult and the end result is pleasing. My only observation is that the inside measurements are somewhat smaller than advertised albeit the outside measurements are as advertised . Future buyers should check inside measurements before ordering. The two drivers who delivered the cabin were very good and very friendly . Thanks

Simply brilliant
We cant rate Dunster highly enough. Weve had a brilliant service all round; from help with our order, to delivery (on time as scheduled) and after-care support. The Dunster Team have all played their part and have been amazing. And of course, were thrilled with our Terminator Log Cabin. Its a first class quality product. It holds real emotion for us because my Mum gave us some money towards it just before she passed away unexpectedly. She would be so proud of our home gym named after her. Thank you all at Dunster ??.
