I had a few reservations about spending a large sum of money on a garden bar/summerhouse, so called and spoke to a sales person. They were polite and very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. Communication was excellent on the delivery and the 2 guys who made the delivery unloaded whe timbers with extreme care and ensuring, once placed, was covered as the weather was not looking good for a few days. The loading list was complete and the instructions clear. The installation took place over a few weekends, yes its hard, especially when doing it alone, and yes wood is a natural product so you do get some twisting and warping, but nothing substantial. If I could give some advice I used ratchet straps to hold timbers in place. Overall I was very happy with the quality and finish. If I have 1 negative point, you only realise the plastic liner is to be used later in the construction, I used it as a cover during construction so have to buy a replacement when the time come. Would definitely recommend
