Product: Severn Log Cabin

I done a lot of research before I purchased my Premiumplus Severn 5 x 4 metre log cabin from Dunster House. I was nearly put off by reading some poor reviews on other sites, but decided to buy from Dunster House because they were very competitively priced for the higher spec I was looking for. They also offered many different specification options to suit your needs and budget. Everything went really smoothly from start to finish and I need not have worried. The delivery turned up on time and I could track it so that I had some idea when it would arrive. All parts were in good order when unloaded and there were extra logs in case they were needed. The product is very good quality and now that it is installed and painted it looks lovely in my garden and I'm extremely pleased with it. We haven't used the log cabin yet because we are waiting for the electricity to be installed and are in the process of furnishing it. Also, the bad weather is delaying the process. I'm looking forward to finishing the project and enjoying our purchase. I will post photos at a later stage. I would recommend Dunster House to others but would advise them to have a concrete base professionally installed prior to purchase. Also, store the timbers correctly until installation. Both these actions prevent future problems. I'm a very happy customer.

Product: FrontierFort Max Double Swing with Monkey Bars

Our family are so made up with our new climbing frame, our two kids have been all over it since we finished building it and love it! Build wise, I did it over three days and had a bit of help from my father-in-law. A few issues along the way (The Green Plastic washers weren't the best as a few of them broke and the bottom piece of wood on the climbing wall wasn't of the best design) but apart from that, the instructions were clear and concise and easy enough for a DIY-er to follow. Now the whole thing is built, the structure is solid and looks to be very hard wearing, (although not recommended by Dunster, even I've had a go on the swing & monkey bars). I've still got a bit of work to do with the land around it (hilly garden) but it's a fantastic product, worth the money and we're very pleased with it. (Photo submitted shows the frame complete minus the climbing wall).

We brought the squirrel fort for our 2 year old son. I wanted some thing that was going to last him a few years. We went to Dunster House where there were a lot of climbing frames to view. It was very easy to assemble so my husband says! My little boy loves the swing and the slide and I'm sure we have many more years for him to enjoy it

I am highly delighted with the cabin, it is like having a gatehouse at the manor. I could put a bed in it for guests to sleep or grandchildren in the summer. The structure is solid and so easy to erect. My friend and brother in law had it up in no time. They viewed the youtube video first and then it was up. I am painting it in pastel blue and dark oak and will upload photos when finished. I am one very satisfied customer.

And only took 2 of us1 and a half hours to assemble. I would definitely use dunster house again. And highly recommend them.
