Well the overall result is good and I'm happy with my log cabin. However the customer service totally stinks. Need any other bits, and they tell you to email customer services and it appears that the same person then call you back a day later. I also needed a replacement glass, my fault that the original got broken, I wanted to pay them more money for the replacement, customer services after verifying that I had made the original purchase (about a whole day to do) then said to call sales, why not just say that in the first place "company policy" repeated over and over. No prizes for guessing what sales said when I called them, yep "send an email to customer services", and after explaining what is been doing for the previous 2 days it took him less than a minute to give a price, plus £60 for delivery! He did say I could collect it myself for free but when I only paid £20 for the whole cabin to be delivered this seemed unreasonable. In other words "I really can't be bothered to deal with your problem so send someone an email and hopefully they'll get someone else to deal with it". Such a shame, before purchasing the service was good, the delivery was pretty good too (a couple of broken pieces but there were spares so it didn't matter), but the after sale service is totally abysmal and unhelpful meaning that there is no way I could recommend Dunster House. Oh and the broken glass? I bought elsewhere as I really didn't want to give hear people any more of my money after that debacle.

Product: Coronet Corner Log Cabin

The quality of the cabin and fitting is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend one to friends or family. HOWEVER, I chose to self build the cabin, having what I consider to be a reasonable level of DIY skill. This was generally OK but the instructions were confusing as reference was continually made the Tripletherm as well as the standard premium plus cabin so I had to keep checking and double checking that I was doing the right thing for fear of moving on . The instructions could be made completely bespoke to the specific product ordered with better images which would help future clients. Great product and service - just a fine tune of the booklet is needed.

Bought to go over our hottub but had measured wrongly so didn't fit as the hottub cover wouldn't have opened! So using as a garden room instead and its wonderful. Took my husband the whole day to put together but he did it by himself (with a very small amount of my help). Very strong sturdy construction, very heavy to move so try to build where you want it. Looks lovely and very pleased with the build quality.
