From the start of the ordering process
From the start of the ordering process speaking to the staff receiving advice right through to delivery everything went really smoothly, the log cabin was delivered by 2 really helpful guys who put everything onto my driveway. The log cabin went up really easily, very clear instructions, all of the wood was cut really well and looks absolutely amazing, we couldn't be happier with the log cabin now it's finished

Amazing quality Summer House
I bought a lovely summer house which was the ideal size and design for where we wanted it. It arrived in less than two weeks and when we saw it though it looked like it might actually be beyond us to build it. The instructions were very detailed and thorough though and it was much easier than anticipated. We absolutely love it. Dunster House were very helpful and sent out the barrel lock which was omitted straight away. Such a great quality building compared to ones Ive seen elsewhere for sale or at friends and family houses. Im absolutely thrilled and highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying one.

Perfect seller
Delivered on time on scheduled day to desired drop off point. Well packaged against the elements. Purchased a 5 x 7 Summerhouse. Assembly instructions clear & all fillings etc supplied. Managed to assemble alone ( two man job is recommended). Loving the look of it on our decking.

Inadequate instructions
Delivery was fine quality of product was fine for the price but assembly instructions are woeful no mater how many times you read them so I now cannot fit guttering due to insufficient plain English instructions regarding overhang. Very frustrating
