Good friendly service with affordable
Good friendly service with affordable products. This is the second time I have purchased from them, first was a lovely playground as my daughter calls it and the second was a pergola. Easy to follow instructions provided with both products.

Accomodating and reliable
They changed the delivery date to accommodate my builder which was great. Delivery was when stated and was easy to put together. Recommended

Recently purchased a Terminator Log
Recently purchased a Terminator Log Cabin from Dunster House. From the outset, all the people I spoke with at the company were extremely helpful, no pressure selling at all. The cabin itself is well made, sturdy, easily assembled, with concise and understandable instructions for construction. I would highly recommend this company, and the only advice I would give to prospective purchasers is to spend the extra for the wood preservation! I like to do things myself but its been an interesting experience keeping everything covered with tarpaulins while treating the wood during a soggy summer and I wish I had taken the option of getting pre-treated wood! Would definitely use Dunster House again.

We highly recommend!
We highly recommend! After seeing a Dunsterhouse gazebo at our friends we looked at their site. We were very impressed with the whole package from the site with it being easy to navigate and understand the differences. We quickly managed to chose the summerhouse we liked and with some minor queries confidently explained. The ordering and despatch was straight forward and very well followed up. The final product still exceeds even our expectations. As we said, could not recommend more highly.
