Brilliant Garden Office
Been wanting a Garden Office for a long time and done a fair bit of research of reviews before choosing Dunster House. Ordered a 2.3m x 3.3m Dominator in January. Spoke to their Customer Services to order and they were really helpful. Delivery date was changed to suit my holidays. Delivered (Scotland) by two happy and cheerful lads. The build - fairly easy to erect if you are a good DIYey, but due to workloads it took me a while to complete as I could only do a bit at a time. Take time to get the sides square and straight and everything else should fit around these. I needed a hand to put the sides up, door frame, ceiling boards, and windows. Most other things I managed to do myself including the doors. Only puzzling part was the positioning of purlins with the ceiling boards - I contacted support and they came back the following morning but by that time we had it figured out. Got an electrician to put in a feed from the house and I've got external lights and internal sockets. Its now a fully functional Garden Office, much to the delight of my misses as she now has her dining room table back. If I could put a picture up I would. Really happy with it and would definitely say its value for money. What it'll be like in the colder weather I don't know yet, but I'll have a small heater ready for use. Line drawings were sometimes difficult to interpret but apart from that its a thumbs up from me.

Utopia gazebo
I bought utopia 4m sq gazebo and really happy with everything, customer service was brilliant, delivery was great. Built most of it with my mum (2women) and didnt find it too hard. Love my garden now.

Very easy process from selection to
Very easy process from selection to construction. I saw a great selection on the Dunster House website which were very competitively priced. Having chose the Pergola I wanted , I paid the deposit to order , paid in full prior to delivery and chose a date convenient to me when delivery was in my area. The delivery guy's were very helpful in carrying it to where i wanted it put. And I really enjoyed constructing it using the very user friendly instructions. We are delighted with it and had many admirers ! Without hesitation I have recommended Dunster House to family and friends.

Very helpful staff. Excellent communication and advice. The shipment got delayed but I was told in advance. A discount was offered on the website after I purchased but they happily gave it to me on a retrospective basis. Great quality shed.
