Really helpful with the ordering process however when the pergola arrived the Posts were only 1.8M tall so i ended up buying 6 more posts that were 2.4m so I could concrete the posts in the ground. This was something I should have checked before ordering. Pergola was easy to assemble and looks great.

The Artemis gazebo was delivered on time and offloaded carefully. The quality of the product is excellent and instructions clear making the assembly very easy. We are so happy with the finished build and would recommend Dunster House.

Lovely design,all pieces of good quality wood Sadly the two floor pieces revealed a gap on the middle which required my builder to buy a furhet piece to fill it - more materials more labour cost. Also necessary to fit ‘apron to exterior base for protection and appearance., again more materials more labour. Feel it would be better for customers it company was responsible for erection Staff contacts were exemplary. Pleased now completed but matters needing attention were not welcome.
