Ordered the terminator 10x8 pent office All was fine. The texts and emails regarding the outstanding balance daily are very annoying but other than that all was fine. Delivery was no bother. The gentlemen were lovely and helped to put out of the way. Assembly was fine. This was done by myself & partner. No issues with any of the materials and no items missing. We did use videos off YouTube as the instructions weren’t in depth for some of the parts, such as assembling the door frame. Had to order floor insulation separate as we missed this off the order. Although we had spent £3.5k, they still charged £20 delivery for this. Overall no issues. Customer service were friendly and helpful and delivery was spot on. Would order from them again.

Delivery was great, very polite drivers. My sons built the Gazebo, with no problems in just a few hours, (instructions says takes 2 people 2 days to build). I am very pleased with the result, only thing I would say is that it could be a bit taller, but that’s just being picky.
