Very easy order process. Lots of confirmation emails. Delivery date was fixed and all arrived on time. The two delivery people were very helpful and friendly. The Gazebo kit came with every nail, screw and good instructions. All parts easy to identify and very well made. I followed the instructions all the way through and apart from having assistance to hold the main posts until the frame was up, the entire build was done on my own. We are very pleased with the gazbo we now have a covered bbq area we can use more often.

I really love my gazibo, it looks great, it`s sturdy and roomy (4 x 3 metres), it arrived on time and customer services was really good. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star, its because when it was delivered it was all unpacked and in the open. Items were not marked and it was difficult to put things in order to start building it, that took a bit of time. Apart from that, I would recommend it to my friends.

Recently purchased the BalconyFort Searcher. This is a well designed and constructed child climbing frame / swing combo. All extras including ground anchors were included. Excellent company to deal with, and superbly made wooden sheds that go together very well. This company makes quality products which come with well written instructions and all fixings.
