Fabulous quality with great sales force that help in every way. The cabin we ordered arrived both on time and as planned, the delivery guys gave us ample warning of the delivery time and unloaded the enormous amount of timber exactly where we asked. It took us (my wife and I - in our 70`s and 60`s) a few days to complete the build and we found the instructions simple to follow with very little need for additional help from the online videos available if required. All in all, I would (and have), recommend Dunster House.

Bought a 3m sq gazebo. All parts fitted together perfectly. The quality is fantastic. Delivered on time with no missing parts. Customer service is also excellent. I bought the curtain pack and received an email to explain that the tie backs had not been double stitched. They offered a swap or discount which was paid back immediately. Really refreshing for a company to contact the customer and a credit to them. Very happy and the gazebo looks amazing.

I am so pleased we went with Dunster House. We ordered the Terminator and from ordering to delivery, the team were really helpful. The cabin itself was delivered within the agreed timeframes. The delivery men were excellent. The lodge itself was built by my husband and a couple of friends and everything was present and correct and the quality is excellent. I have already recommended to friends and they have been really impressed with the service and quality of their cabin too! We’ll done team!!
