Ordered a pergola, I was kept informed of the order status at every stage by email and phone. A delivery date was set with a time slot, this was adhered to and the delivery driver was pleasant and helpful. Have not managed to site the pergola yet as still having groundwork done but the item looks strong and sturdy. Would definitely recommend Dunster.

3x3 mtr Gazebo This looks great, easy to order and delivered at a suitably agreed time. The assembly needs two people to save time and pass things as needed and to erect safety, it takes 1 and a half to two days, we found it best to lay everything out in the order to construct made it easier to follow the instructions. The roof shingles look good and can be trimmed and cut best using strong scissors as necessary if you’re not too handy with an open blade. The materials look great and are of a good clean planned finish, pressure treated and of good colour. It is effectively freestanding, but I suggest it is secured with foot brackets at each down post ( we used some powder coated brackets) or an other option if against a wall or similar, as a precaution as although it’s quite heavy I think serious winds could lift it up.

3 x 3 meters gazebo with black shingles. The actual construction was fairly easy, with adequate instructions. Not having laid shingles before took time, with cutting and getting them right at roof ridges, choosing to add black sealant for extra weather protection. Overall, pleased with gazebo, it is just right for the area and hot tub shelter.

We are so so happy with the product. We are currently mid way through putting the roof on but have already spent so much time as a family and entertaining in it. In terms of the build the instructions a fairly ok to follow, you do really need to have your engineering head on and it would certainly be a lot lot easier if each piece was labelled so you could match it to the instructions easier (especially the roof shiplap boards) however that said it’s still a great project and definitely worth doing.

Definitely the best summer houses on the market. They feel so solid and the double glazed windows are quality. Delivery was great, kept us informed and the guys turned up on time and were friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend these and they are great value. Things to improve on.. instructions were a little confusing and it would be handy to have the sections numbered. It took a handyman and helper 2/3 days to put up. But so worth it. If you are planning on putting it up without being experienced maybe think twice. Definitely purchase again.
