Efficient ordering process, fast delivery and excellent quality of all components together with easy to follow instructions made for a stress-free build. The gazebo looks great and has already been put to good use for al-fresco dining with the timber wall panels keeping the chilly spring winds at bay.

This is my second product from Dunster house, the first was a Severn sidestore log cabin and just got the Utopia 430 gazebo. Both experience was fantastic, Paul Humphries was the sale person on both occasions and I cannot fault his service. ?

The Utopia 430 Gazebo was delivered within the forecast period and was unloaded by driver and mate onto the drive. All of the wooden components were checked to be correct. They were all of good quality, as were the roof membrane, tiles and fixings of which there were more than sufficient to complete the construction. The instructions and diagrams were comprehensive and easy to follow. Construction took more time than anticipated but there were no unforeseen issues and we were very pleased with the finished article.
