day of delivery went well drivers very helpful and gave helpful advice about stacking components to make construction easier ,started putting together and was pretty straight forward in fact instructions made it harder, was completed with in a day and a half with two people ,one a novice with diy materials all of a good standard the odd log worped but used long screws to correct and hold in place ,windows and doors very easy to fit with very little twicking to do! over all very pleased will the supplier ,the product, and how great it looks in fact if i had a bigger garden ,id have another one !

Good quality product, easy to erect. Instructions look daunting but fairly simple to to construct . Would have given a 5 star if the instructions for laying of the shingle roof tiles had been more explicit as this caused extreme problems needing me to purchase another pack of shingles
