The delivery was smooth and uneventful, timings as expected, so all great there. Very good service and info from ordering to delivery. The gazebo is very good quality, the build was straightforward, but took a whole weekend. My husband is quite handy but I could only assist, so be aware that you need to have at least one experienced DIYer and it might take longer. We are very happy with the finished product, it’s exactly what we wanted. It is exactly how it looks on the website and dimensions are true.

I purchased a gazebo in February which will not be erected until June as our landscapers are so busy. The reason I purchased in February was the salesman informing me that the prices were due to rise and the website confirming that within the next few days a price rise would occur. It hasnt the price is exactly the same and the marketing continues to state prices are on the rise a rather deceitful approach. However the gazebo was delivered on time by two very helpful guys who put the huge amount of parts into my garage and did an excellent job. The various parts look strong and well made I just hope that when it comes to be erected all the parts are there and it looks as good as the brochure.

We are very happy with the outcome of our Gazebo. The service was good from start to finish as used customer services once. It is of good quality and we recommend the shingle finish to set it off. Erected the gazebo myself (no help), the instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow. You need to decide how you anchor the posts before starting. Need a link to felting the roof, easier to follow on you tube. It is not a two day job!! It puts time on when you need to pre drill the screw holes. Would definitely buy from here again, depending on price of course!

Arrived on the arranged delivery date and very well packaged. Instructions were OK but, some initiative also needed. Amount of roof felt supplied could have been a bit wider to ensure a water tight fit. Overall though a good quality product.
