Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 300 Louvre Wall Gazebo

Brilliant service from ordering through to delivery. We ordered back in January and have kept it in the garage until this week where we started to build it. The delivery people where friendly. The product itself is very good quality and looks fantastic. But really good price We sorted all the wood into the right order and stuck masking tape with what everything was which really helped with the roof. 4 sides of the roof have 15 pieces. So we put 1 to 15 and on the day had them in order and good to go without having to faff or get the wrong ones. You do also have to drill the wood before screwing as you don’t want the wood to split anywhere. We had more roof tiles than we needed which makes a refreshing change as a few spare is always better than running out. The whole experience was very good from start to finish. Plenty screws are provided and nails. You really do get everything you need. All you need then is a very basic diy person to build it. I’m a woman and I helped my husband with it and actually did the roof part on my own so not difficult at all. We have used met posts to feel just that little bit more at ease with the high winds we are getting. But it didn’t need them really it wasn’t going to go anywhere. But I’m Mrs cautious lol. Can’t wait to enjoy a long summer using it. If like me you have been thinking for a while to get a gazebo I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dunster House for it. Thanks 1st class guys !!!!!!!! Well done. Refreshing dealing with nice quality products and with no hassle.

Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Wooden Pergola

We bought a Utopia Pergola. No problem. We needed a special delivery timeline. No problem. We could not sign in person - so had to make a special request for someone else to. No problem. Basically we were awkward non-standard customers requiring some special attention and some to`ing and fro`ing - No problem. It really seemed that nothing was too much trouble for Dan L and his colleagues. We just loved the service we got. Even the two guys who delivered to us were super-friendly and helpful. Thank you.
