The Gazebo delivery was delayed for about 3 months but I was kept informed by Dunster House. It was quite easy to install by my gardener and his son. I didn`t take it on even though I`ve done a few DIY jobs in my house. I wanted a good finished product. They said the instructions were pretty good. They did it in about 4-5 hours. Anyway, after installation, it looks great around my hot tub and is very sturdy. The timber is definitely very good quality. Looking forward to use it in spring.

Great service from order to delivery & a great quality arch. Fairly straight forward to put together (would be better if the holes were pre-drilled) & looks great.

We where able to erect it like a jigsaw puzzle. As long as you have all the right pieces in the right place, there did not seem to be any problems. It is a two person job though.

We bought this gazebo earlier in the year and are so pleased with it. It's sturdy and excellent quality and looks fab in our garden. The instructions were pretty easy to follow - it took some time to construct carefully (with two of us) but none of the steps were particularly difficult. The delivery team were brilliant - very friendly and helpful and unloaded all the parts carefully and in separate sections to help us to identify the different parts. Overall very pleased with our gazebo and the service from Dunster House.
