Happy with product. Erin Gazebo, instructions pretty good overall. Couple of the posts had twisted a little which made it less easy but when buying wood products you have to accept some bits may not be perfect. Overall quality of timber seemed good.

Although the finished product is wonderful, I found the instructions difficult and build quite hard.

I looked all round for a 8x6 shed bought one from Tiger sheds BIGGEST mistake of my life sent it bake and got all my money back. So I was very weary when I ordered a shed from Dunster the photos look really good. When the shed was delivered it was packed really well things are looking good unpacked the shed and it was fantastic no rough cuts no bowed peaces no splits and well treated . It went up real easy built it on my own looks great. I would recommend my experience with Dunster was excellent. Bob Colman

I tried to order a 3m square Utopia Gazebo and was disappointed to hear initially that it could only be a kerbside delivery, as the building is 200 metres from the road. We have a 4m wide roadway running from the gate to the rear of the main building, where we needed the delivery. After I was able to prove that the delivery could be straightforward and trouble-free, Dunster House phoned and agreed to go ahead. The delivery was on time and without any difficulty. The Gazebo was complete and undamaged, and assembly, following the instructions provided, was straightforward. It was definitely a two-person job and required reasonable DIY skills and decent power tools. The hardest parts were building a solid, level foundation and fitting the shingles, which wasn`t technically difficult, but in the latter stages, requires someone to kneel on the roof - very uncomfortable without knee pads or cushions. We are very happy with the finished building, which looks really smart and is much admired!

Great product. Everything needed was delivered and the instructions that came in the pack with the materials were good. Needs at least two people to build and having an extra pair or two of hands was helpful to us. Our extra hands were our two teenage sons who learned a lot from this project. End result is a lovely gazebo!
