We would fully recommend this company. It's great to see it's family run and British. We are consciously trying to buy locally (uk) and this is why we chose Dunster. Communication is excellent. Our pergola arrived earlier than the date we were originally told. Great delivery guys. Polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dunster to friends and relatives. Such a relief that dealing with this company was a stress free experience.

The quality is great but the instructions aren't also some of the timber are very warped so be aware it's hard to put together with next to no instructions and warped timber. But overall it's a very good buy.
