We ordered our 4m x 3m terminator bar at the very end of January as a bit of an impulsive purchase due to the sale ending the following day. I called customer services a few days later to see if I could swap the bar that was included for the bigger corner bar and pay the difference. That was sorted quickly and easily. Received a call at the end of February to offer a delivery date of 15th March, which was a bit further away than originally quoted, but suited us well due to work commitments. On delivery day I was glued to the vehicle tracker from 8am. Around 11am an 18 ton lorry pulled up out side with a 4m long plastic wrapped bundle with my name on it. At this point I looked at the gap between our house and the neighbours and thought s#!t that`s not going to fit ! I needn`t have worried, the driver simply turned the fork truck wheels 90 degrees and crabbed up the drive and plonked it down exactly where I wanted it. It took me and a friend about an hour to unpack and sort the logs into piles and organise the window and door pieces. We then spent a good couple of hours setting out the bearers, this is no reflection on Dunster House, the established block paving it was going on wasn`t very level so I`d opted for plastic leveling pads which took some sorting out to get the bearers level. After that it was fairly plain sailing. The instructions are not the easiest to follow, but I had studied them for a couple of weeks before delivery and watched every YouTube video I could find so by the end of delivery day (7 hours after delivery) we had 4 walls, windows, door frame and roof purlins done. By the end of day 2 the roof and floor were done, doors were on and the bar was built, job done. It then took me a week of after work and the next weekend to paint it inside and out. We had a sparky friend put the electrics in for us, my wife handled the interior design and boom, Harry`s Bar was born. We couldn`t be happier with it, it`s a fantastic addition to the garden and we spend a lot of time in there. All in all a great product delivered on time and hassle free, thanks Dunster House.
