Great build quality very precise cutting sometimes a little too precise. Ie being a natural product it will swell. So have a plane at hand. My only criticism would be the uprights all 5 have a 4 way cut out at the top. Only 3 need this the other 2 uprights only need a double cutout this then avoids a visible cutout. I understand this is a storage component issue. Minor issue but my eye keeps catching it. Still great quality ??

Ordered our Gazebo in the January sale and erected it in April. I'm really happy with the Quality of the product and how clear the Instructions are to put it up although I do have to admit I did get professional help Who said it was the best Gazebo they had Ever put up. With electricity now in and lights and heater installed and furniture in place it looks and feels great. I am now just waiting for the canvas sides to be manufactured and delivered which will finish it off for use in the colder days and nights.

Took delivery of the Atlas gazebo, very pleased with the delivery team and the quality of the gazebo. Assembly took much longer than previous reviews indicated, myself a retired electrician and a builder took 4 days, although as installed on a slightly sloping patio meant the support legs had to be cut. Now erected looks great and friends and neighbours all have been impressed.

Very good product. The Gazebo looks excellent. The one missing star is because I would have really loved to have a product specialist on hand to help me design the outcome I was looking for in terms of roofing, side panels etc. I got there in the end, but would have been easier with someone on the end of phone or live chat to help me plan it.

Dunster House were really good from the 1st point of contact. I had to change my delivery dates a few times and they were very accommodating. Delivery arrived on time as expected. The guys who delivered it were very polite and professional. Because it wasn`t meant to go up straight away I requested them to cover it to protect it from the rain and they did an amazing job. No broken or missing parts. The cabin looks amazing now that its up. Overall great service, superb output and great value. Highly recommended.

In anticipation of needing sheltered outdoor space we ordered the Utopia 200 Gazebo back in February. The delivery was on time and in manageable sections. We installed over two weekends. It needs two people but it was straightforward. We absolutely love our outside space. We have used it as a cover for a hot tub as well. Highly recommended.
