We purchased a Coronet corner log cabin, the ordering process was excellent, even adding to our order was no trouble & the advisors went above & beyond to make sure we got what we needed. The delivery was excellent & arrived on time, everything had been checked prior to delivery & laid out neatly ready for us to use. The only thing I was disappointed with this log cabin is the construction, its very complicated! All the pieces were there but the instructions arent very clear. Even googling the online help doesnt give enough info. I think a few bits arent quite right on ours due to the lack of info, but its up & we love it. Its a sturdy solid structure & we hope to get lots of enjoyment out of it.

Delivery as and when said it would be,hinges on door frame didn't match with doors but quick reply from customer service,either compensation or redo frame,frame redone still didn't match,so resited myself and less compensation than offered at first,having said that cabin itself seems solid enough and looks the part,so overall happy with purchase .

Excellent product and Service

This company went out of its way to accommodate me. I ordered a Titania Office building and at the point of delivery I was in hospital and they happily held the delivery for me until I was back at home. The guys that delivered were super efficient and helpful and we had no missing parts. We had one hinge cover that was damaged and upon emailing, a replacement was sent out that same day! My office was put together in 4 days by two men and the instructions were fairly easy to follow for people who are keen DIYers but suspect it would be difficult for someone not this way inclined. We are just putting the finishing touches to it, I am very pleased with it and cant wait to get working in it. Worth the money we spent on it and way better than working at the kitchen table where Ive been for 3 years!

Good product

Good product, good customer service. We did receive the delivery a day late due to a delivery driver being off sick. We weren't notified until 2.30 PM the day before the due delivery date, which was a bit surprising / frustrating. Apart from that, no complaints.
