We bought a utopia 300 x 300 and now it is complete it looks great. It has already been tested by strong winds and was very stable. Definitely a two man job to construct. All parts were delivered with instructions although I did refer to online videos to support the instructions. Would definitely recommend or if we move buy from Dunster again.

Delivery was a little long (3 weeks) but there is a pandemic on. But once here, there delivery guys were excellent and put it exactly where I wanted it. Communications was good. The product (Timber Gazebo) was well manufactured and was easy to follow the instructions. Although the shingle roof took hours and hours to lay. Very happy with the end product.

After last year's lockdown, we said that we wanted to make better use of our garden space, so we had a large patio area built and wanted a wooden gazebo to allow us to have guests round and have cover/shade. We searched extensively and found that Dunster House offered us both quality and space at a very good price.We bought the 4 x 3 Utopia and took advantage of the free shingles on offer at the time. Relatively easy to assemble with all screws and fixings supplied, however it will need 2 people and probably a day and a half to erect. Then laying shingles which took another day. Overall it does appear good quality and very solid. I got feet to bolt it to the ground. I asked for more leg trim pieces as wanted to fully cover the fixings. Dunster House were very accommodating and advised it may take up to six weeks for these to arrive. They turned up less that 10 days after ordering which was great! I am a great BBQ fan and have a Kamado which I can now use all year round without getting wet!. The space is big enough to take 2 garden sofa sets as well as the BBQ and a bar with small fridge. I am getting lighting and heating added so really the gazebo and garden can be used as another room in our house. I hope to get many years of use from the gazebo and recommend Dunster House as the go to place for quality gazebos
