Awesome product and service. Arrived on time and the tracking tool was brilliant. Plenty of spare bits just in case, but had no reason to use them.

Arrived on time, team unpacked gazebo and left on drive. Fairly easy to put up with help, getting the roof on was a struggle in freezing cold but we did it. It is important to get everything square before final fixing. Strong winds today but there is no movement in the structure at all. A very solid construction, hopefully will last for years.

Had a very good experience with the service on offer at Dunster House. Our gazebo arrived in good order, and in plenty of time. However, I had one issue about delivery... The gazebo was delivered outside our gate, and we were told that it is not policy to deliver beyond that point. This would have been a matter of a couple of feet. My husband and I are disabled, and we feel that this issue should be addressed for future customers

The service at point of sale was brilliant. The goods arrived on time with no damage. However, I am a competent DIYer fortunately. I defy a company director who isn`t, to put the product together. From handwriting on the instructions and product it obviously comes from Eastern Europe, with virtually no English guidance. Some parts of diagrams are incorrect.
