Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Open Chunky Gazebo

We ordered a Chunky 3m Gazeebo. It arrived on time with all the parts - nothing omitted. We used a local building firm to do the construction and roofing which took a couple of days, including all the shingles and gutters. The end result is fantastic. It`s a solid, well built gazeebo which we think is excellent value for money. The guys who did the construction were equally as impressed with the way the whole thing fitted together without any issues. It was our choice to get someone to do the build as my DIY skills aren`t the best, but I having seen it done I can see that it`s well within the capability of a couple of good DIYers. Overall I wouldn`t hesitate recommending Dunster House.

Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Open Chunky Gazebo

We ordered the 3x3 Atlas Gazebo. Having now very nearly completed it, I have to say I am most impressed with Dunster House. The quality of the product is excellent and the design and construction materials produced a very robust finished item. From the start their sales team were great and their admin systems including electronic delivery notes and delivery tracking first class. The drivers were courteous and efficient. It was an expensive item for our garden however I do feel as though I have received good value for money and there is the option to customise your purchase to your requirements. I would thoroughly recommend Dunster House.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 200 Louvre Wall Gazebo

Good service and delivery, meeting expectations. Would use again. While it wasn`t an issue for me, one specific point flagged in that until I build/get it built, I have no way of knowing if there are any defects or issues that need addressing. I`m sure they would resolve them if I had, but it`s important to note that you sign/check some paperwork on delivery saying that all is received ok. You then do again online with an e-signature. It does potentially give the supplier the option to debate something is their fault and so I was reluctant to say all was ok up front. But, I do appreciate they need to protect themselves also. Just something to be aware of. Weather dependant, but I`ve now built most of the structure and all looks good. Very robust, even in the recent strong winds, and it`s not anchored or finished yet in full. Just the tiles and trim to go. Looking forward to getting use from it soon.

Thank you Dunster House. Our Utopia Pergola is amazing! Admittedly it was longer to build than we anticipated but the result is fantastic. All wood cut well, instructions good and overall look very professional. Just what we were after! Would highly recommend.
