Great delivery, the lads unloaded the parts with great care and swiftly, all laid on the shingle packs thus keeping the timber off the ground, they covered the stack with a poly sheet and weighed down by offcut timbers Due to my health we had to pay someone for installation, we were going to do the task with my family originally, but COVID shutdown prevented that! The installer made light work of the timber frame and the roofing wood the next day and then the felting, this was a little more tricky and the installer is very careful about his work It is now up and looks terrific, I hope that it will give us many years of good service

Service was great, staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Product is good quality but required some trimming of the roofing boards in order to get them to fit. Instructions could have included more detail with better diagrams. All in all very happy.
