During the 1st lockdown I bought a garden gazebo and a log cabin style shed. The quality of the timber and fixing products for both were excellent and i found the instructions fairly straightfoward, although you do need a range of tools and some diy experience. Probably the most important for both is ensuring you have a level base to start from and its worth spending some time making sure of this. I really enjoyed erecting both and the final product look really professional, long life and strong.

Great choice of products and helpful sales staff and good comms. Instructions not the easiest to follow at times but we got there. Whilst not the cheapest the quality of the product shows in the ease of slotting together all the wood . Would recommend and buy from Dunster again.

We ordered a large Log Cabin and although, due to current circumstances, it took a while to arrive, i was kept informed all the way. They have a Customer Log in area on the website which is useful. I couldn`t go to the showroom but a helpful young man chatted with me about colour choices for the paint etc. I was told when the cabin would arrive and the 2 chaps who unloaded it (a young Eastern European guy and an older man from Shortstown) were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. They unloaded it quickly and covered it with plastic. Cabin was built by a local tradesman and we love it as our new gym. We have recommended Dunster House to a few people now as being a quality establishment that you can trust.

We ordered a gazebo from dunster house and from beginning to end commication from them was great we had a great deal after comparing prices for same item everywhere else. Delivery was on time and driver very helpful, decided to order upgrade on roof and again customer services very helpful. As described 2 man job to erect but instructions very clear my husband is not great at diy but this went up over a couple of days (we weren`t in any rush) with no problems. Specifically bought to house our hot tub which we used all summer but even better on new years eve during lockdown with a couple of drinks to see in the new year. All in all totally happy with the service provided would definitely use this company again.
