We supplied a customer with two cabins and the arranged delivery slot which was on time, the two delivery drivers was very helpful during the un loading of the cabin. The Cabins went together very easily and are made from quality timber.Over all I can say that Dunster house provide quality buildings at the best prices. The customer was over the moon with end result, with two beautiful summer houses.

The sales staff were helpful and according to the man who erected our log cabin, it was well made and easy to erect. The delivery was earlier than promised and the delivery drivers very helpful. Overall a good value for a good product.

We bought a Terminator log cabin for my wife to use as an art studio. Delivery was delayed a couple of weeks due to the coronavirus, but understandable in the circumstances. The delivery process was excellent. Very nice guy who manually offloaded everything just where we wanted it. He wouldn`t let me help due to `social distancing` guidelines etc. Assembly went well over a few days with only one slightly warped log which I managed to `persuade` into place. Quality of all components was very good, nothing missing. A couple of technical issues which I think could be addressed in the instructions: 1: we`re advised that the concrete base should be 100mm larger than the cabin but that leaves a step on which water collects and tracks underneath. If I was building another I would have the base exectly the same size as the cabin so rain water doesn`t collect 2. In the storms last autumn we had a problem with water tracking along the logs from the corners and seeping inside. Solved by putting mastic down all the external joints and frames. It would probably be better to put a sealant between the logs on assembly, particularly at the corners My only criticism of Dunster house is that the customer support is poor. I tried calling them regarding the above issues and was told someone would ring me back but no-one did. I feel they should have a technically competent customer support team available Other than this, my wife is absolutely delighted with her studio and it is an asset to the garden

We had a log cabin which I use for my office. I have never built anything before and the instructions were simple and I managed to put mine up in a weekend. Took longer to sort the roof out etc but a brilliant experience so far and I would highly recommend their services and company.

I now have a log cabin with side store at the end of my garden. I loved constructing it, and now I`m loving using it. Really good quality. The concrete base was a complete nightmare, but the cabin was a dream!
