The pergola I ordered came on the day I asked for, the delivery men were really nice, phoned me half an hour before they got to me and carried it in. Two of us put it together ( well, I read out the instructions and looked like I knew what I was talking about ) slight confusion when securing the brace parts but we worked it out. It looks great, very sturdy and fits the space perfectly. Im going to grow plants up it so it will look even better. Very happy with my purchase.

Good customer service . They sent updates about the delivery process and the delivery guys were so professional and helpful and did it all with a smile. Building product is good quality and sturdy. The instructions would be better in a booklet with more detail in parts. Would buy form this company again and would definitely recommend. Thank you Dunster house

Exceptional service and quality product
Great to receive quality service and product. Ordering was straightforward. Communication throughout process was good, delivery date earlier than suggested when ordered which was good. Product well packed and instructions for installation easy to follow. Taking time being patient with the installation recommended it was well worth it.

Great company, good customer service, great product.
What made my experience great? They phoned me the next day to arrange delivery, two guys turned up and offloaded everything neatly onto my drive, were very polite as well. Add to that the ease at which the gazebo went up and that it took us less than 2 days thanks to the super clear instructions. It looks fab.
