Good materials, perhaps took a little longer than we thought! Not being carpenters it did take 2 men 5 days to erect! Frame was up quickly but the roof boarding needed cutting to fit and shingle tiles were a bit of a struggle. On saying that It is a good solid construction.

I was very happy with the product and it went together perfectly . The person who took the order was very helpful. The problems started when the person who organised the delivery was really rude. I rang to change the date of delivery which with any other company would of been painless. But this lady reacted like i had spoilt her day and was really rude . Going into the computer and finding a new date was to hard. I said i can only do a monday and a friday it doesnt matter when even next month , but thats all i can do. Her reply was next wednesday , it was almost comicle . I would rate 2 star but i think Dunster House contract out the delivery. Guys that delivered the product were miserable. So because the service was excellent by Dunster House and Product is 1st class iv raised it to 4star. As i think its unfair to Dunster House Dunster house if i was you i would change your delivery people I work for a National Gas company and deal with customers every day and plumbing merchants for deliveries. Customer service is key to business

The 6 X 4 m Terminator was put together in 2 days as per the instructions. Every item fitted together perfectly. They were liberal with screws and nails, which was excellent. Ours is on a slab base which I recommend. The quality of timber is first class and machining very accurate. The doors and windows are high quality especially important when so many outbuildings are being broken into. Thanks
