Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Open Chunky Gazebo

An excellent company to deal with. I`ve been very impressed with the service that I`ve received, both before, and after receiving my gazebo. I`m now looking at other products from DH for an ongoing garden project.

A brilliant Gazebo. It went together just as it should do . I have no hesitation in recommending Dunster house . From ordering the Gazebo to delivery to installation was outstanding

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 200 Louvre Wall Gazebo

Fantastic service, fantastic product. Very easy to construct. The only thing that would have been good would have been if it was pre-drilled but this was not enough to take it down from five stars. Thank you

Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Open Chunky Gazebo

From the time I ordered it from Ryan to putting it up has been enjoyable, Ryan was easy to deal with, the two delivery drivers could not be more helpful , there was so much stuff I was expecting something to be missing but I had more than enough, some stuff I never needed which threw me a bit, Louise in customer services was very patient as I kept pestering her.now it’s up really chuffed, just got to sort some lights Happy day

Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Louvre Walled Gazebo

Delivered on Thursday, started assembly on Friday afternoon, completed by Monday lunchtime. Instructions pretty straightforward and well within the scope of a DIY person (2 of us working on it). Half of the time was assembling the structure, an equal amount of time putting the shingles on, they look great but incredibly time consuming but well worth the effort. I didn’t use the brackets to fix the purlins to the horizontal structures, preferring to use screws, having pre-drilled the purlins, probably stronger and no unsightly brackets on show. Great quality, really chuffed with the finished product, one slight whinge, it would have been great if the delivery guys had taken all the packing materials away as they unpacked, but delivered on time and a smooth delivery.
