Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 300 Louvre Wall Gazebo

This is the second gazebo I have had off Dunster House and it is even better than the first. It came on a pallet fully wrapped in polythene and the two men who took it off the lorry were brilliant. Edward Fletcher

Product: Terminator Pent Log Cabin

We are over the moon with our cabin. My husband & myself had decided to tackle the build ourselves, and I admit it was a very daunting task once it was delivered. We encountered one or two issues with warped boards, and struggled with the instructions a couple of times, which did hinder our speed, so overall I would say it was a 4 day job from start to finish including the sidestore and felting the roof. It makes such an amazing difference to our garden, and has given us the extra room we were after for relaxation, and a den for the kids. Can't wait to utilise it over the winter months too. We found the staff at Dunster were helpful and friendly before, during and after delivery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Product: Pressure Treated Talia 15mm Heavy Duty Garden Tool Shed

When we opened the packaging, I noticed the corner of the front panel was damaged (no surprise when the courier was working alone and kept spinning it up our driveway!), and when unpacking I noticed there was an awfully large amount of extra bits of wood... most of which was for protection but also there appeared to be 2 extra long panels and 2 medium panels which we can only assume are spares to replace any damaged panels - this is an excellent idea and saved me complaining. Aside from that, the build quality is excellent, being shiplap it just feels stronger and more square compared to feather edge. The clasp provided will withstand a nuclear bomb which is quite funny, as it seems real overkill for the shed. Not sure if I missed the option, but it would have been nice if it was supplied dip treated, as painting the whole thing to protect it really needs to be done before it is assembled, otherwise it is only as strong as the weakest point, which there would be many if you don't paint it in advance.
