The materials were delivered on time. The team will only deliver the materials outside the house/flat, which was fine as this was explained on the website. The materials are high quality and look great on my garden decking. I am a DIY novice and it took me and my brother a couple of days to put together, but the end result is great. Note, You do need an electric drill/screwdriver and none of the materials come pre drilled. Overall a great product and great experience with Dunster House

We were very happy with the purchase and it looks amazing in our garden. Just one point would be that I would suggest calling to place your order rather than using the online system due to the fact we didn`t realise the price we saw online was for just the wooden roof rather than the shingle. The staff member was very helpful to explain, so we went ahead and purchased the shingle kit and glad we did. My husband is no DIY expert but managed to follow the instructions well. Took 2 days in total to complete with 2 people.

Really pleased with every aspect of my terminator log cabin. Very high quality materials and everything just slots together and feels so solid. Had a wait quite a long time after ordering, so worth noting that the 60 days wait quoted was working days so probably waited about 2 months or so, but they were upfront about this and it was purely down to high numbers of orders during lockdown. They delivery day was very smooth and two very helpful guys helped me unload to my driveway. Had the main bulk up to the roof level in about 4 hours on my own and a further day (with a helper) to lay the floor and fit the roof and rubber on top. Ended up taking longer to paint than put up! Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for our terminator cabin. From start to finish great customer service and a great product. Firstly we would like to say how brilliant the delivery men were. They were very helpfull laid the cabin in order of how we would build it ,which made it easier for us to assemble. They were polite and on a very hot day nothing was too much trouble. And all in social distance enviroment. So we would like you to pass on our thanks to them. The assembly was straight forward and quality amazing, better than we had expected. Purchase was straight forward and the delivery time sooner than quoted. We love our cabin which we are turning into a social club for our village friends. Still a bit inside to do but was built in 3 evenings between 4 of us. So looking forward for when we can use our cabin fully once covid settles. Thank you again would highly recommend.

Exactly what I wanted. Well made. Generous with the shingles, nails, and screws, so if you don`t get right first time you have spares.

Have used Dunster before buying a summer house, with no problem but this time bought a shed and after I had it delivered a couple of weeks later they dropped the price, so understandably a little upset.
