I'm very pleased with the finished article. The only reason I didn't award 5 stars was that before delivery I emailed twice for advice and didn't get a reply to either and having never constructed a shingle roof I found the instructions a bit vague for the type of roof I was covering. Delivery was efficient but I didn't have time to properly check my item before the lorry disappeared into the sunset.

We purchased the Atlas chunky 2.3m Gazebo. Solid kit looks amazing when finished we did cheat and get a Joiner to put it all together It did take 2 full days. It’s a lot of money however you won’t be disappointed with the results.

Severn Log Cabin. So happy with my cabin. Ordering was straighforeard and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Delivery was seamless with two happy chappies who unloaded everything quickly and tidily. The cabin is so solid and of really good quality, even better than I thought it would be. Easy to construct and was up within hours, just a bit of finishing off to do and I will add some photos. It looks really good and a few neighbours are interested in buying one. Thank you ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ˜€

Initially when ordering I felt it was expensive for a gazebo but when it arrived and I saw the quality and number of parts I could see where my money had gone. Delivery was as estimated with the driver courteous and polite but unable to take it any distance so we had it placed on our front lawn. Good quality timbers, nice design, really sturdy and the green shingle roof we chose does look really nice. A real asset although it is somewhat imposing in our newly planted garden, when the trees reach maturity I can see that it will look the part. Not wishing to dwell on negatives, however despite being DIYers this was the hardest thing we have ever done. The spider brackets were too thick for the slots cut in the timbers so we had to come up with the idea of using a bolster to open them up, also getting the rafters to fall into place we eventually used the temporary support posts to lift the whole roof, just as we were despairing of a solution. A few hints and tips would have been so welcome. Some advice on how to overlap the shingles was also needed, I think we did an o/k job. Some of the pieces are not a precise fit, but I guess they will move over time anyway being a natural product. Too few clout nails were provided to fix the green shingles (by a considerable amount not just a few), we had to rush out to the nearest DIY store to buy more as by the time we knew we were short we were outside of the period when we could have asked for more plus we did not want to wait while they were delivered with a half fixed roof. It took us 9 sessions to build, really hard physical work but really pleased with the end result.

Easy to order, arrived promptly with helpful, friendly staff, it was relatively simple and easy to erect - and looks stunning, especially with the green shingle tiles. Have (safely!) added guttering, an infra-red patio heater and stylish chimenea to extend the season. A super exterior room in the covid era of social distancing and out door living.
