We bought the utopia 4m x 3m gazebo as a replacement for the summer holiday we didn't have. The kit arrived when Dunster said it would, was offloaded by them and checked over by us both. From the outset it looked a quality kit, and looks even better now it has been put up. The frame assembly was relatively straightforward, although as everything needs pre drilling could be easily messed up. To avoid frame wobbles, have 2 other people on hand to help hold it together until you have the basic shape. I created screw templates so that guide holes were uniformly laid out. Dunster could easily add this to the assembly bits and bobs to save the consumer some time and some head scratching. The roof frame went up well, the support sticks (you'll see) were an excellent feature. On the first part of the roof frame assembly, watch out that you have the correct purlins in the middle which are pre drilled for a brace beam. I didn't, but spotted the error quickly. All purlins went together nicely and the real graft started with the roof boards and shingles. This part was way more effort than I had anticipated and is badly supported by the written instructions, so take your time from here. The instructions were, for me, by far the worst aspect of this kit but I stumbled onto some how to vids on you tube which helped as a reference. Nb, I only just finished building this today but I am truly thrilled with the finished product. Better instructions would have earned the coveted 5th star!

i wasn`t sure at first thinking about if the quality and would it be good enough however I took the plunge and so happy I did because it`s just fantastic and great quality. The best advice I would give if your are thinking of making your own is don`t bother save the hassle and buy a Dunster House product because they really are good quality and easy to build.
