Excellent service from beginning to end, very very smooth, no issues. Building - Trickier than expected, instructions were OK but NOT the greatest. A minimum of 2 people required, 3 and sometimes 4 are required.

Excellent product at a good price. Bought this Gazebo as a permanent replacement to a metal frame Gazebo so I can leave it up all the year round. Not disappointed at all, truly made up with it. Must be honest though at 72 years old I got 2 strapping young lads to put it up for me who had done the job before and they had it all done in 6 hours.

Our garden shelter was delivered on time by two very helpful guys, they put it exactly where we asked and ran through the items. The plans were very easy to follow and although it should have been a two man job I managed to assemble it on my own. The only issue I had was one of the roof beams had a very large knot in it and it broke, I emailed Dunster House and they couriered a replacement out to me. We now have another “room” we can enjoy the garden in.
